Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) ensures you to get a promised service and quality support within assigned time.
The Service Level Agreement published below here is applicable for all our service customers. A Client’s application eligibility for performance credits or refunds will be determinable based on Webhosting VTXSOFT in-house monitoring system statistics and the customer shall abide by it and accept the integrity of all such measurements.

The VTXSOFT Network would include all features, add-ons, service and support, software and applications used in-house, which are in use at any given time by VTXSOFT to provide managed service to its customers.
